Dent Material : –

• The quality of fabric is enhanced due to the reduced frictional resistance to the warp.
• The rounded cross sectional shape of dents results in reducing lateral roughness surface which partially contributes to the reduction in resistance to warp.
• All the edges of dent are round and highly polished which in turn reduces the chances of broken filament.

We use almost 90% – 95% of imported reeds of brands like Takayama, Kiji, Blue Reed, Zanfrini and many other European brand airjet reeds.
We don’t joint the reed and instead we make sure the reed is made in a single piece.
We can change the count by inserting new top and bottom aluminium profiles, new stainless steel binding spring, along with stainless steel half round wires.
By adopting the above methodology; customers gets 90% – 95% reed at a price of half the new.
